Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Quizling and tap your profile (top right).
2. Tap Delete profile.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@quizling.co.uk from the email address on your account, or tell us your @handle. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted

• Your profile: @handle, name, avatar and profile photo.
• Your saved players, linked players, quizzes you made or saved, and game history.
• Your push notification token and usage stats.

What's kept

• A note that your @handle was used, so nobody else can take it.
• Records we must keep for security or accounting, such as AI costs and moderation decisions, kept without your name or ID.
• Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies. Cancel a Gold subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
